Product Usage
The instrument uses an alternating current of a certain frequency to pass through two detection coils. One of the coils is put into the standard part. The mechanical defect will cause the impedance change of the detection coil. The detection instrument will amplify and convert the electrical signal generated by the change of the detection coil impedance to drive the alarm and display device, and finally detect the samples with different hardness.
Features
The bearing hardness value is displayed in real time, and all setting parameters are input through the touch screen, which is simple and convenient. The electric box can exchange data with the PLC through communication, switch value, and analog value, which is convenient and simple to form an automated assembly line.
