Mechanical Vibration Standards
The rotating machinery to which this standard applies mainly refers to centrifugal blowers, compressors, steam turbines, gas turbines, turbogenerators, electric motors, pumps, etc.
Classification of L rotating machinery:
One category: fixed small machines or small motors fixed on the whole machine, the power is less than 15kw.
Class 2: Medium-sized machinery without a special foundation, with a power of 15-75 kW. Machines with a power of less than 300 kW are rigidly mounted on a special foundation.
Class III: Large rotating machinery on a large or heavy basis, such as a turbogenerator set.
Category IV: Large rotating machinery based on light structures, such as turbogenerator sets.
L mechanical vibration evaluation level:
Good: If the vibration is below the good limit, the vibration condition is considered good.
Satisfied: The vibration is between the good limit and the alarm value. It is considered that the vibration state of the unit is qualified and can run for a long time.
Unsatisfactory: The vibration is between the alarm limit and shutdown limit, the unit can run for a short time, but must strengthen monitoring and take measures.
Not allowed: If the vibration exceeds the shutdown limit, stop the machine immediately.
