2. Press and hold the "Measurement" button to start measurement. Usually, the value is stable for 5 seconds, which is the vibration value at this time. If you need to measure the vibration value accurately, please measure 3 times, and the middle value is the best.

3. Once the measurement point is determined, it must be measured at the same point frequently. This requires marking on the measurement point (for example, using paint or tapping the positioning hole with a steel needle). This is especially important for occasions with poor environmental conditions. When measuring high-frequency vibration, there is a situation where the measured value differs by 6 times after the measurement point is shifted by a few millimeters.

Precautions

1, Place and remove the vibration sensor. Carefully remove it together with the magnetic base. Don't just pull the cable.

2. When the bearing tester of our company leaves the factory, it is equipped with a magnetic base protection gasket (used to shield part of the magnetism of the magnetic base when not measuring), so please pay attention to remove this protection gasket during vibration measurement.
