Installation method of bearing vibration sensor

Many people have more or less understoodBearing vibration sensor, but many people have little knowledge about the installation of pumping vibration sensors. Today, let me tell you about the installation precautions of bearing vibration sensors:

1. Ordinary motors are connected to other loads through couplings. The load is the source of vibration, plus the concentricity of the coupling. Therefore, the front bearing of the motor is the place with the greatest vibration. The usual method is to vertically and horizontally Orientation mounted vibration sensor;

2. There are three installation methods for the bearing vibration sensor: screw fixing method, magnetic suction seat method and adhesive method;

3. In order not to damage the product of the device body, the usual installation method is to install the magnetic suction seat, that is, the bottom of the vibration sensor is equipped with a magnetic suction seat, and the magnetic suction seat is directly adsorbed to the device under test through the magnetic suction seat (the material of the device body is generally cast iron);

4. In order to make the adsorption between the vibration sensor and the equipment more firm, and to prevent the sensor from shifting due to long-term vibration monitoring of the equipment (or the installation surface of the equipment is too narrow), a certain amount of AB glue can be added to the surface of the magnetic suction seat. long term fixation;

5. Fix the vibration sensor on some non-magnetic metal surface, or make a mounting bracket on the bearing pad to fix the sensor, and make close contact with the end cover of the bearing pad to solve the problem.

The above commonly used installation methods are for reference only. The above application is not absolute. It is necessary to comprehensively consider the vibration value, measured vibration frequency, installation speed, disassembly speed, service time and other factors.
