1. First of all, pay attention to the measurement range of the testing equipment used.

Any tester has its own fixed detection range, and the measurement can only be done within this range, otherwise the measurement result will be very different from the value of your environment. In addition, if the measurement value is out of range for a long time, it will affect the sensor

The device causes fixed damage, so you won't get correct measurements in future measurements.

2. Secondly, pay attention to the service life of the sensor in the detection equipment used.

Any tester has a service life limit, so bearing test equipment is no exception. Although it will not be used frequently, it will also age. Generally speaking, the service life of photoionization detectors is the longest among testing equipment

Generally about 4 years: the service life of the sensor can generally exceed 3 years; the service life of the electrochemical ratio sensor is relatively short, generally about 1-2 years; the oxygen sensor can only be used for about one year.

Therefore, please be sure to read the manual carefully before use. It must be used within the validity period of the sensor. If it is found to be expired, it needs to be replaced in time.
